The shipping was just okay... not especially fast, but not terrible either. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was a little annoying, and the box showed up kind of beat up. Everything was inside though, so it worked out in the end.

Putting it together wasn’t a big deal, that part went smoothly. But once it was set up, I noticed it wobbles more than I thought it would. Maybe I need to adjust something, not sure, but it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy or safe as I’d hoped. It’s usable, I guess, just not giving me a ton of confidence

I bought a trampoline from Zupapa Trampoline, and overall it’s been fine. The quality seems solid, and my kids have been using it a lot, so I can’t say it was a bad purchase. For the price, it does the job and feels sturdy enough.

That said, I was kind of annoyed because the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting, which made the whole buying experience less smooth. A few parts felt basic, and setup took longer than expected. It’s decent value, but I wouldn’t call it a great deal.

We had a small issue with our trampoline net after using it for a season, and I wasn’t sure if it would be covered. I reached out to zupapa with my order info, and they got back to me quickly. No runaround, no hassle, they just sent the replacement part. Really nice to see a company actually stand behind their warranty!

I ordered this from zupapa.us a few months back, and in my opinion, the quality has been better than I was expecting. Right out of the box, the parts felt sturdy, and nothing gave me that cheap or flimsy feeling.

We’ve used it quite a bit already, including with kids who definitely aren’t gentle with it, and so far it’s holding up really well. I haven’t noticed any bending, loose pieces, or early wear, so personally I’m happy with it and would buy it again...

I ordered it from Zupapa Trampoline and, i had it set up in about an hour, even though I kept taking little breaks and I’m not exactly the most patient person with assembly stuff. The instructions were clear, all the parts were included, and I didn’t have to ask anyone for help, which was a nice surprise

I had to wait days just to hear back from support, which was really frustrating. It makes it hard to trust the company when you need help and feel like you're being ignored.

I’ll be honest, I felt a little misled by how it was described because I thought it would be more of a whole-family thing. It was easy to set up, though, and the kids have ended up using it every single day. We’ve still had fun with it, just not quite in the way I expected.
